The Role

As our new Tender Manager, you will take over core tender management responsibilities, working closely with colleagues from all departments, including Operations, Business Development, Finance, Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance. You will be responsible for driving the tender process from start to finish, ensuring we secure competitive positions for our expanding portfolio – primarily in the Nordics and UK.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and coordinating all tender activities, from monitoring tender opportunities to submitting completed tender information and communicating the results internally and to our partners.
  • Building business cases and assessing pricing strategies for maximum impact with top management.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of tender requirements and market developments and embedding these into our best practices.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders across departments and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality tender submissions.
  • Drive effective contract management and ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Supporting market expansion and portfolio growth by identifying tender opportunities for upcoming products.
  • Further developing tools and processes to continuously improve tender efficiency.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who combines commercial drive with operational excellence:

  • University degree in business, law, or similar – experience counts more than titles.
  • 3+ years' experience in tender management, contract management or similar.
  • Strong project management and process development skills.
  • Highly organized, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in Danish and English (understanding of other Scandinavian languages is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to handling complex data.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new systems, databases, and digital tender platforms, as we work with multiple solutions depending on market and country.
  • A team player who can navigate different stakeholders, rules, and markets with ease.
