What You'll Do
As our
Head of Coach Success
, you'll be the architect of the coach online experience — designing and owning the full success journey. You'll build processes and systems and create relevant resources that help every coach feel supported, confident, and capable of growing their online coaching business.
- Build the CoCoach success center: define the strategy, implement the solutions. Incl. developing the playbooks, tutorials, and learning resources that empower self-driven growth.
- Collaborate closely across teams: work directly with Product, Marketing, and Growth to make the voice of the coach central to every decision.
- Deliver outstanding onboarding: create experiences that help coaches quickly realize value and results – ensuring no coach ever grows alone.
- Measure and optimize: use data, insights, and feedback to continually improve how we support and scale success.
Who You Are
You're experienced, driven/proactive, empathetic, but most importantly embrace accountability. The Head Coach Success is YOUR area of the business to own, develop and live. You've built success programs before and know how to balance strategy with hands-on execution. You love seeing people thrive and products work – and you're motivated by the idea of helping thousands of coaches reach their potential.
- ~5+ years in Customer Success, or similar roles (SaaS background preferred).
- Strong communicator and natural educator with high emotional intelligence.
- Comfortable taking ownership and leading initiatives independently.
- Analytical mindset – you measure what matters and act on insights and data.
A builder at heart: you love turning ideas into scalable systems, test and fail and take proud ownership of the performance - Good or bad.
