We're Hiring: ITSM Specialist – Aarhus, Denmark (Contract to Hire)

Our client in
Aarhus, Denmark
is looking for an experienced
IT Application / ITSM Specialist
to ensure operational excellence, platform stability, and user adoption for their ITSM environment.


Position Details

Role:
ITSM Specialist

Onsite – Aarhus, Denmark

Duration:
5-month contract + potential for
permanent employment
afterward


Note:
The employment type will begin as a
5-month contract
, with the opportunity to
convert into a full-time position
upon mutual agreement.


What You'll Do

  • Manage daily
    operations and maintenance
    of the ITSM platform.
  • Monitor performance
    , perform updates, and handle user access requests.
  • Serve as the
    first point of contact
    for ITSM platform queries.
  • Execute
    patches, upgrades
    , and ensure platform compliance with ITIL standards.
  • Implement
    enhancements
    and participate in
    change and release management
    processes.


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Information Technology
    or related field.
  • Minimum
    3 years of hands-on experience
    in ITSM or Application Support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of
    ServiceNow
    ,
    Ivanti
    ,
    BMC Remedy
    , or similar platforms.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
    preferred.
  • Bonus:
    JavaScript scripting
    skills and
    Danish language
    proficiency.
