Drive Decarbonization and Commercial Excellence in the Shipping Industry
Join Everllence as Head of Sales, Retrofit & Upgrade Products and play a pivotal role in advancing the decarbonization efforts within the shipping industry. As part of the Retrofit & Upgrade Products department at PrimeServ, you'll be at the forefront of driving engine technologies and lowering operational costs for shipping companies around the globe. Your mission? Secure a strong global sales pipeline, deliver outstanding results, and ensure our customers understand how Everllence's retrofit offerings help them achieve their business goals.
You will play an important role in:
- Leading and developing a team of 9 Sales Managers across diverse markets.
- Driving global sales strategy and ensuring alignment with decarbonization objectives.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline to secure long-term growth.
- Monitoring performance and implementing initiatives to maximize order intake and profitability.
- Coordinating with regional teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Representing Everllence at key exhibitions, seminars, and industry events.
- Introducing innovative solutions to shipping companies and influencing market adoption.
We imagine that you:
- Have extensive experience in sales leadership, ideally within the marine or shipping industry.
- Possess strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of delivering results.
- Are skilled in pipeline management and CRM systems to drive transparency and efficiency.
- Excel in leadership, coaching, and motivating high-performing teams.
- Communicate fluently in English, both orally and in writing.
- Are proactive, strategic, and thrive in a global, fast-paced environment.
You should expect 20 to 40 planned travel days per year.
