Vi søger en Brand & Operation support assistent på deltid timer), der kan bevare overblikket i en hverdag med mange forskellige opgaver. Du vil arbejde bredt med support af ordrehåndtering samt opgaver i brand management. Stillingen passer til dig, der trives i en dynamisk branche med højt tempo og afvekslende opgaver.

Dine opgaver

  • Support til ordrehåndtering
    : Hjælpe med registrering, opfølgning og sikre, at ordrer bliver håndteret korrekt og til tiden.
  • Vareoprettelse & kundeinformation
    : Oprettelse og vedligeholdelse af produktinformation, kundedata og dokumentation.
  • Support til salg og brand management
    : Assistere med opgaver som salgsmateriale og marketingmateriale.
  • Rapportering
    : Vedligeholde data og udarbejde rapporter.
  • Ad hoc opgaver
    : Løse praktiske og administrative opgaver efter behov.

Hvem du er

  • Struktureret, ansvarsbevidst og detaljeorienteret.
  • Selvstændig og god til at holde overblikket, også når der er travlt.
  • Proaktiv og løsningsorienteret.
  • God til engelsk i skrift og tale.
  • Behersker Excel.
  • Baggrund i at arbejde med brands vil være en klar fordel.
  • Gerne erfaring med InDesign, Photoshop eller lignende programmer til lettere grafiske opgaver.
