AI-Savvy Operations Associate
-
Join us in building smarter systems, smoother days, and a culture where curiosity leads the way
Where & How You'll Work
You'll
work from our Aarhus HQ
- our home base, where ideas move fast and collaboration feels natural.
You'll
join the Operations team
- the people who make Dripdrop run smoother and smarter every day.
You'll
partner with the Head of Operations
- supporting projects, systems, and initiatives that keep the company moving forward.
This is a
full-time role
designed for someone eager to grow, learn, and make an impact fast.
You're
curious by nature
- you don't wait to be told what to learn next; you go find out.
About Dripdrop
At Dripdrop, we're challenging an entire industry; the
make-to-break mindset
that floods our world with plastic waste. Our mission is simple but bold:
prove that even an umbrella can change the world.
We build to last - in our products, our relationships, and our culture. Every umbrella we make stands for
durability, circular design, and purpose.
That same philosophy guides everything we build - not only what we hold in our hands, but how we work behind the scenes. We design our systems, workflows, and decisions with one intention:
lasting impact over quick fixes.
AI plays a big part in that. It's how we scale our culture, sharpen our people, and grow responsibly - connecting
speed with care and ambition with sustainability.
As we expand globally and prepare for our U.S. launch, we're building a
stronger commercial engine
powered by insight, collaboration, and care. To do that, we need people who
think smarter
, not just harder.
- That's where
you come in
.
The Role
You're the kind of person who
loves
solving
problems
, creating structure, and making things flow.
You're
naturally
curious
- especially about how AI can help people work smarter, not just faster.
As our
Operations Associate
, you'll be the heartbeat of our daily operations - supporting projects, meetings, and systems across the company. You'll help turn ideas into action and structure into momentum.
You'll work closely with leaders
and
teams across Dripdrop
, coordinating
projects, optimising
workflows, and
exploring how AI tools
can make our work simpler, smarter,
and
more
connected
.
This is
not a back-office role
— it's a learning and doing role.
If you're the kind of person who sees something that could work better and says,
"I'll figure it out,"
you'll thrive here.
What You'll Do
In this role you'll be the
connector
between people, projects, and tools — making sure everything runs
efficiently
while using AI to
simplify
, automate, and improve how we work:
- Support
daily operations
across departments - helping projects, meetings, and priorities run smoothly - Manage and update information
in our different systems and tools such as ERP, CRM, and financial systems - keeping things accurate
and
organised - Coordinate projects
and ensure follow-ups, timelines, and tasks are clear
and
delivered - Assist with internal meetings
- preparing agendas, taking notes, and driving follow-up actions
- Explore and implement AI tools
to automate, analyse, and improve how we work - Create
simple AI workflows or bots
that make small tasks easier (
and learn by doing if you don't know how yet
) - Be a
go-to person
for "how can we do this smarter?" questions
You'll Thrive Here If You…
- Are
naturally curious
and driven to learn - especially about AI and how it can be used in real work - Love to create
structure, clarity, and flow
in a scaling environment - Are comfortable juggling
projects, systems, and communication - Have some experience with
tools like Notion, Zapier/Make, ChatGPT, or similar
(
personal projects counts
) - Enjoy
collaborating across teams
and keeping others aligned and moving - Believe that great work happens when
technology and people empower each other
Your Background & Experience
You might come from a background in
operations, project coordination, or administration
- or you might just be the person in your group who naturally organises, optimises, and experiments.
You've probably played around with
AI tools or automations
- maybe you've built a workflow, tried to train a chatbot, or just figured out a clever way to make your workday easier with AI.
We imagine you have:
- A talent for
getting
things
done
and keeping others on track. - An interest in
AI and process optimisation - not as buzzwords, but as tools for better teamwork.
- Strong
communication and organisation skills - The confidence to
learn by doing
and share what you learn with others
You don't need to have it all figured out - you just
need
the
drive
to find out how.
Why This Role Matters
At Dripdrop, we believe that
growth happens when curiosity meets action
. This role is about making our operations faster, clearer, and more connected - not by adding more processes, but by
working
smarter
through people and AI.
You'll help us scale a culture of ownership and reflection, where everyone can focus on what matters most -
building things that last.
Why Join Dripdrop as our Operations Associate
Join a
company
built
on ownership, alignment, and self-reflection — not control.
Here, you'll have the
freedom
to
learn
, experiment, and grow, while helping shape how our operations scale and improve through curiosity, collaboration, and
smart
use
of
AI
.
Our
mission
connects innovation with real impact - for people, partners, and the planet.
We care
less
about
your
title
and more about how you think, build, and learn.
And through it all, one thing never changes:
people
come
first
. Always.
How to Apply
You don't need a perfect CV. You just need
the drive to learn, build, and make things work smarter
At Dripdrop,
growth starts with people
- we scale smarter by staying curious, collaborative, and human
