and looking for an international role combining project coordination, marketing operations, and regular travel to Lebanon?

We are seeking a proactive and reliable
Project Assistant
to support our deployment and marketing activities across Europe and the Middle East.

A
native command of Lebanese Arabic and strong cultural fluency
are essential, as you will be working closely with local partners and supporting on-site initiatives in Lebanon.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

  • Support the planning and monitoring of deployment projects in Lebanon and Europe
  • Facilitate communication between European HQ and Lebanese partners
  • Assist with operational follow-up and field coordination

Marketing & Digital Operations

  • Contribute to marketing and communication initiatives (launches, activations, partnerships)
  • Support web content, email campaigns, and digital updates
  • Conduct market and competitor research focused on Lebanon
  • Prepare performance reports and maintain project documentation

General Support

  • Assist project managers with administrative and organizational tasks
  • Coordinate logistics for travel, events, and operational missions
  • Represent the company professionally during meetings and site visits

Profile Requirements

Native-level Lebanese Arabic (mandatory)

  • Deep cultural and market understanding of Lebanon
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management, marketing, communication, or business.
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; hands-on and resourceful
  • Proficiency in digital tools (Microsoft Office, Trello, Notion, CRM, CMS, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Must be based within 50 km of Copenhagen
    and available for regular travel

Important Eligibility Note

To be considered for this position, candidates
must meet both conditions
:

  • Be native Lebanese Arabic speakers with deep lived experience in Lebanon
  • Live within 50 km of Copenhagen
