Group Financial Controller at ZeroNorth: 

Join our team as our Group Financial Controller and secure your place at the heart of ZeroNorth's global growth trajectory. This is a highly strategic and autonomous position, reporting directly to our Global Finance Director.

This isn't a traditional reporting role—it's a high-impact opportunity to step up as a true business partner to our international leadership. We need someone who is curious about the business, proactively seeking to bridge financial results with commercial tactics and strategy and actionable insights as we scale across all our international hubs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the global month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes for the entire Group.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and executive-level management reports that drive decision-making.
• Ensure full compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations across all entities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust global internal financial controls and procedures.
• Act as a key business partner to various departments by providing deep financial analysis and commercial insights.
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller, preferably in a SaaS or technology company with global operations.
• Collaborate with our external auditors to manage and support the annual audit process.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of global financial processes and systems.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller, preferably in a SaaS or technology company with global operations.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles (IFRS and/or local GAAP).
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller, preferably in a company with global operations.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical skills coupled with a genuine curiosity and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles (IFRS and/or local GAAP).
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles (IFRS and Danish GAAP).
• A relevant accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Experience working within a fast-paced, international business environment.
