As part of the Technical Product Management team, you will help design, build, and integrate end-to-end intelligent solutions that make a tangible business difference for our Service teams — from automating workflows to enhancing decision-making.

Design, integrate, and deliver smart business applications

In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities where intelligent automation can create real impact. You'll design and deliver scalable, AI-enabled solutions that integrate seamlessly into existing workflows and systems, whether in company portals, SharePoint, ERP, or CRM platforms.

You'll develop and connect data, models, and services through RESTful or GraphQL APIs, ensuring solutions are both robust and adaptable. In addition, you'll create clear, insightful dashboards that make tool performance visible and actionable. By documenting solutions, providing training, and driving continuous improvement, you'll help ensure successful adoption and measurable business outcomes.

What you bring

You have a background that blends technical expertise with a passion for creating impactful AI-driven solutions. Ideally, you bring:

• A relevant education in computer science, software engineering, data science, information technology, or a similar field.
• 2–3 years of experience developing AI-powered solutions such as enterprise GenAI tools, chatbots, workflow automations, or intelligent search systems with user-friendly interfaces.
• Proficiency in Python or another language suited for AI and integration development, including experience working with databases, APIs, and enterprise platforms like SAP or Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM APIs and frameworks, including developing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions.
• A solid understanding of the end-to-end solution lifecycle — from design and system integration to cloud deployment (Azure or AWS), monitoring, and user adoption.
• Strong communication and documentation skills, and a collaborative mindset that helps bridge technical and business perspectives.
