Our Vision

Positec Nordic is seeking an After Sales professional based in Sweden or Denmark to support our sales team and dealer network. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring seamless after-sales support. You will collaborate closely with dealers and the sales team to identify service opportunities and enhance the overall customer experience.

As a key point of contact for our partners, you will help strengthen relationships, resolve technical and service-related issues, and contribute to the commercial success of Kress—one of the most exciting brands in power tools and garden technology.

Positec Nordic has its headquarters in Jönköping, a Sales office in Copenhagen and operates across the Nordic countries. We are in a strong growth phase where we combine the strength of a global group with the agility of a challenger. What you will do

As part of the After Sales team, you will work closely with the After Sales Manager Nordics and cross-functional departments to ensure a strong market presence for Kress. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding post-sales support, driving customer satisfaction, and contributing to service excellence across the Nordic region.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Handle customer communications related to aftersales inquiries, pre- and post-sales advice, and warranty resolutions via email and telephone
  • Drive continuous improvement in service processes and customer satisfaction, focusing on key performance indicators such as response time, repair quality, and partner performance
  • Collaborate with the After Sales team across Nordic markets to ensure comprehensive service coverage and high-quality support
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with dealers, while expanding the service partner network
  • Provide training and technical support to dealers, service partners, and key customers to ensure product knowledge and service excellence
  • Represent Kress at dealer meetings, industry events, and trade fairs, acting as a key ambassador for the brand
Your profile

You are a solution-oriented professional with a strong understanding of customer needs and commercial drivers. You thrive on building strategic relationships and delivering high-quality service experiences. With a proactive mindset, hands-on execution you take clear ownership of results, which makes you a valuable contributor to our After Sales team.

We believe you bring:

  • Completed technical training, studies, or a comparable qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
  • A strong technical background and/or high interest in technology
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, including e-learning systems, Adobe, and PowerPoint
  • Valuable knowledge of the battery-powered garden tool industry
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in your work
  • Solid understanding of service and after sales processes
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Empathy and openness in a multicultural business environment
  • Agility, resilience, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills in English and Danish; good communication skills in Swedish or Norwegian

Preferred but not required:

  • Industry experience, specially in robotic mower technology and commercial battery tools, is a plus

Location

This position is based in either Jönköping, Sweden or Copenhagen, Denmark but we are open to candidates located elsewhere in Denmark
