Customer Success Manager – Southern Germany and Austria
Do you want to help shape the future of in-store shoe protection in an international growth company?
IMBOX Protection is looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Customer Success Manager who will ensure strong performance, implementation, training, and development of our customers in Southern Germany and Austria.
IMBOX is the world's only in-store shoe protection technology and is used today by some of the world's largest retail chains. Our solution is PFAS-free, Allergy Certified, and protects shoes against water, dirt, and discoloration — in a sustainable and effective way.
About the Position
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be a key part of our European sales and service team, responsible for developing, training, motivating, and supporting our customers and their store staff. Your work ensures that IMBOX becomes a natural and successful part of daily store operations - and that sales increase.
You will:
- Become an expert in IMBOX products, services, and customer needs
- Manage onboarding and ongoing training of store staff
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive support and follow-up
- Collect and analyze market data to identify growth opportunities
- Contribute market insights to the sales and marketing team
- Support customers from pilot phase to full implementation
- Be in close contact with customers to secure optimal performance
The position is home-based, but most of your time will be spent on the road visiting customers.
About You
You thrive in an international growth environment and are motivated by building strong, long-lasting customer relationships. You are outgoing, structured, and comfortable working independently - while also being part of an engaged team.
We imagine that you have:
- A relevant educational background, e.g., in sales, marketing, or retail
- At least 3 years of experience with B2B or B2C sales, customer service, or retail (preferably within footwear, apparel, or accessories)
- Experience with training, implementation, and customer support
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Good collaboration skills and the ability to motivate others
- A structured approach and a solution-oriented mindset

Practical Information
Work location:
Home based (Southern Germany) with travel activity primarily in Germany, but also in Austria and approximately 4 times a year to our HQ in Denmark
