Here Is What The Job Entails
As our Associate Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring progress and collaboration across projects, bridging cross functional teams to achieve shared goals. Your focus will be on creating structure, setting up processes and coordinating activities to drive efficiency, timely delivery and results. Acting as a facilitator, you will strengthen collaboration, streamline priorities and keep project momentum by taking ownership of plans and deadlines.
More specifically, you will be:
- Facilitating communication between cross-functional teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, workshops and project activities
- Driving project execution by maintaining project plans, timelines and task lists to ensure deadlines are met
- Tracking project progress and reporting updates to the Product Manager and other stakeholders
- Preparing documentation, presentations, and meeting notes

You become part of our Growth Product Management – Heat/Cooling team, where you will work with 7 dedicated colleagues as well as collaborate across functions with Developers, Data Scientists, Solution Sellers and Customer Service experts. We are looking for a Project Associate Manager who thrives in a coordinating role and takes pride in driving progress. You excel at turning plans into action and approach challenges with curiosity and a creative problem-solving mindset, ensuring innovative ideas are delivered on time. Energized by teamwork, you enjoy engaging with colleagues and providing input that helps the team succeed. Technical knowledge is not a necessity, what matters most is your passion for project coordination and eagerness to learn about our products and services.
In order to succeed, we imagine that you:
- Have 2–3 years of experience in project coordination or similar roles
- Are proactive, structured and able to maintain an overview in dynamic environments
- Possess a collaborative mindset and the ability to foster project alignment across departments
- Communicate clearly and confidently with both internal and external stakeholders
- Persistently seek information to advance projects while daring to question existing practices and introduce innovative solutions
