Hvad går jobbet ud på?

Som Solution & Strategy Consultant bliver du ansvarlig for at implementere markedets mest differentiere service- og softwareløsninger inden for værktøjsstyring. Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med vores kunder og interne salgsteams, for at sikre, ar deres værktøjshåndtering er optimeret ved hjælp af ONTrack og Fleet Management. Dine ansvarsområder vil blandt andet inkludere:

Forretningsanalyse : Udføre dybdegående analyser af kundedata for at identificere deres specifikke behov og udvikle løsninger, der optimerer deres produktivitet og forretningsprocesser. Løsningsdesign og projektledelse : Udføre onsite analyser og designe kundetilpassede løsninger, der forbedrer deres værktøjshåndtering og forretningsprocesser gennem brug af ONTrack og Fleet Management. Du vil lede hele projektforløbet fra design til implementering. Implementering : Lede implementeringen af løsningerne hos kunderne og samarbejde med salgsstyrken og Customer Success Managers for at sikre en gnidningsfri integration af af vores løsninger i kundernes forretning. Implementere forandringsledelsesstrategier for at sikre, at løsningerne bliver godt modtaget og anvendt af kunderne. Salgsudvikling : Arbejde sammen med interne salgsteam for at øge kendskabet til og salget af vores softwareløsninger ONTrack og Fleet Management. Du vil samarbejde tæt med salgsledelsen om at styrke vores evne til at levere skræddersyede løsninger, der skaber værdi for kunderne og effektiviserer deres forretningsprocesser. Præsentation af løsninger : Præsentere skræddersyede løsninger til vigtige beslutningstagere i samarbejde med salgsteamet, og sørge for, at Hiltis værdiskabende tilbud er både tydeligt og overbevisende. Kundesamarbejde : Sikre stærke relationer med nøglekunder og sørge for, at overgangen fra salg til implementering af vores softwareløsning er gnidningsfri. Du vil yde løbende support, så kunderne får størst muligt udbytte af ONTrack og Fleet Management.

Vi forestiller os, at du:

Har en kandidatgrad inden for fx økonomi, international business, marketing, kommunikation, eller lignende. Har minimum 3 års erfaring som konsulent, hvor du har opnået dokumenterede resultater med analytiske og/eller tekniske løsninger. Er i stand til at analysere komplekse forretningsudfordringer, identificere forbedringsmuligheder og omsætte dem til praktiske, kundetilpassede løsninger. Har erfaring med at arbejde i tværfunktionelle teams og trives i en dynamisk og resultatorienteret kultur, hvor du kan tage initiativ og drive projekter fra start til slut. Har en interesse i, hvordan software kan anvendes til at forbedre forretningsprocesser. Kan kommunikere skriftligt og mundtligt på dansk og engelsk.
