Job Description:
We launched Merchant Ads in and are now seeking a Merchant Ads Business Manager to lead our growth effort in driving additional revenue for both Wolt and our restaurant and retail partners.
In this new role at Wolt, you will shape the local Merchant Ads strategy in close collaboration with account management and promotions teams. Your role will be to define the plan, creating the supporting workflows, tools and materials, ensure your tactics are deployed and evaluate the results and adjust accordingly in order to reach maximum effectiveness and product utilisation. The role will require strategic and analytical thinking, an ability to execute and willingness to grind.
The role will report to local Merchant Promotions Lead and liaise with the Global Ads team.
Responsibilities:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in sales management in relevant industries (advertising sales, restaurants, retail) with a proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to senior executives and clients. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on win-win solutions. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrated track record of successfully driving revenue growth through partnerships or ads. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on win-win solutions.-
