Job Description

The Executive People Partner is a key enabler and driving force in optimizing organizational capability to reach the strategic priorities of our business plan. Our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) People Partners build strong and positive relationships with leaders at the most senior level of the LEGO Group to enable strong leadership with a clear line of sight to the overall LEGO strategy, the People strategy, our People Promise and the Leadership Playground.

 

Core Responsibilities 

  • Strategic partner to the Digital Technology Organization; partner to the Chief Digital & Technology Officer and the leadership team.

  • Accountable to deliver on key strategic people priorities within the Digital Technology organization as well as partner across ELT areas specific to the digital transformation / product organization.

  • Architect of organization design, evaluate and develop capabilities needed to deliver against Plan26 and beyond.

  • Deliver value through outstanding execution and deployment of key pivotal initiatives from CoE’s within PPC.

  • Recruit, attract, build and grow talent (critical roles), amplify organizational strength and resilience and deliver on organizational goals through a One Team mentality.

  • Act as trusted coach and sparring partner for senior people leaders to drive performance and team effectiveness.

  • Leads and informs with data driven insights, able to evaluate, build the accurate narrative through action planning for impact (e.g. strategic workforce planning).

The People Partner secures a relentless focus on the strategic and tactical intersection between HR, business and Leadership. At the LEGO Group the People Partner focus is with the senior leader level and senior leadership teams.

The People Partner enables and delivers results as the trusted coach and strategic advisor to enable, inspire and challenge the organization and its people to the best version of themselves. The people partner engages in delivering on strategic priorities across the LEGO Group both inside and outside of own dedicated business area through our flexible partner model.

We require deep experience within HR operating in a global, matrixed organization, combined with a demonstrated track record in delivering business outcomes through a strong and well driven people strategy. Strategic partnering, executive level coaching and development; change management experience including Organizational Design capability.  You are an influential leader who can impact our agenda and overall global partner community and bring an open minded, solution and result oriented, structured, and a ONE Team mindset. 

  • Strong partner management skills evidenced through solid written and verbal communication at all levels of the organization and external institutions

  • Uses data to inform decisions, capable to narrate and action plan based on thoughtful insights

  • Track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Experience in the transformation of HR processes

  • Executive level coaching and change management experience including Organizational Design development
