I GoMore hjælper vi mennesker med at dele biler. På den måde kan vi mindske antallet af biler i byerne og dermed passe bedre på vores planet. Vi hjælper mennesker i syv forskellige lande med privat biludlejning, samkørsel og privatleasing.
GoMore søger en Office Assistant til vores dejlige kontor i København K.
Den ideelle kandidat er en social person med positiv energi og et højt servicegen, som kan navigere i en arbejdsdag med alsidige opgaver.
De primære ansvarsområder vil være at stå for den daglige drift af kontoret samt skabe rammerne for et godt arbejdsmiljø.
Erfaring med lignende arbejdsopgaver er en fordel, men ikke et krav. Det vigtigste er, at du er motiveret og engageret i at skabe gode rammer for GoMores medarbejdere.
Stillingen er 30 timer om ugen.
Primære arbejdsopgaver
Sikre at kontoret fremstår pænt og ryddeligt
Afrydning og lettere oprydning i dagtimerne
Stå for vores frokostordning og stille frokost frem
Hjælpe med forplejning til møder i huset
Hjælpe med at planlægge og afholde interne arrangementer, fredagsbar og andre begivenheder
Håndtere og indkøbe kontorartikler, møbler og hardware mv.
Koordinere ekstern service og være primær kontakt til frokostleverandør, rengøringsservice, sikkerhedsvagt, håndværkere og lignende
Hjælpe med det praktiske omkring on- og offboarding af medarbejdere
Assistere med praktiske ad hoc opgaver
Kompetencer
Ansvarsbevidst med evnen til at tage initiativ og være proaktiv i det daglige arbejde
Et positivt sind og gode sociale egenskaber
Gode kommunikationsevner på både dansk og engelsk
Evnen til at bidrage til og indgå i et ungt og uformelt miljø
