We are looking for employees for Veo’s Customer Service team. Veo is the world’s leading AI-powered sports camera company. You will be a part of their accelerating growth journey in a modern scale-up company consisting of highly diverse, open-minded, high-spirited, and fun-loving individuals. There is a laid-back atmosphere in the office and performance-driven culture is at its core.

You get to work with Veo’s super cool Customer Service team and some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Respond to customer requests clearly and comprehensively.
  • Adhere to our KPIs for response time and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with product/engineering/hardware teams to resolve the different kinds of user issues with the camera and/or the platform.

You will collaborate with colleagues from around the world in an inspiring environment where you can feel the entrepreneurial spirit. The atmosphere is filled with creativity which is the root of the startup vibe.

Veo is located at an inspiring workplace with fun facilities such as an indoor soccer field and a roof-top terrace.

Your Profile
You will be a key person influencing the satisfaction and success of our customers, and we, therefore expect the following qualifications:

  • Can thrive in a fast-paced environment and cope with constant change
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese
  • Experience with tech support and/or product support is an advantage, but not required

Practical information
The start date will be as soon as posible and Monday the 15th of April at the latest.
It is a full-time temporary position – but with good opportunities for extension.
Workhours are 09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday.

The hour-based salary is DKK 150 plus 9% in addition.
