As we are expanding our Foodservice business in Europe, we have opened a new position to support the growth of our Da Vinci Gourmet brand in Mainland Europe and play a key role in doubling the brand's size within the next 3 years.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Collaborate with the DVG Brand team and Mainland Europe Commercial leads to achieve brand growth goals and expand into 24 new markets in the next 3 years.
  • Work with the DVG Mainland Europe team to shape the market expansion strategy and lead distributor/importer on-boarding and activation management.
  • Stay updated on market trends and consumer needs to customize the brand proposition to meet customer and market requirements.
  • Develop strong relationships with customer marketing departments and work on end user targeting activations to support brand growth in Mainland Europe.
  • Participate in the development and execution of marketing programs to support customer activations in Mainland Europe.
  • Identify and develop brand building marketing opportunities per region in line with market expansion plans.
  • Manage marketing collateral, develop digital and print content for events as per brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate trade shows and events and prepare customer meetings at the Global Technology & Innovation Centre and customer headquarters.
  • Collect market insights and beverage concepts to enhance expertise in new markets.
  • Evaluate trade activation marketing programs to enhance effectiveness and return on investment.

What are the requirements for this role?

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business Development, or related field.
  • Demonstrated success in driving market growth in a multi-market Trade Activation Marketing role.
  • Prior experience in Trade Activation Marketing with a focus on customer engagements.
  • Experience in creative and activation agency management.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Knowledge of multiple European languages is advantageous.
  • Experience in managing Importer and Distribution partners is a plus.
  • Background in B2B or food ingredient industry is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to share information effectively.
  • Quick grasp of new concepts, markets, and technologies.
  • Enthusiastic attitude towards collaboration and working in multi-functional teams.
  • Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Passion for engaging across the business and building trustworthy partnerships.

Travel across Europe is required for this role. Home Office based.
