Marketing Manager for Trade Activation

As we expand our Foodservice division across Europe, we are excited to announce a new opportunity to bolster the growth of our Da Vinci Gourmet brand in Mainland Europe, playing a pivotal role in our ambitious goal to double the brand's presence within the next three years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the DVG Brand team and Commercial leaders in Mainland Europe to drive brand growth objectives and facilitate entry into 24 new markets over the next three years.
  • Collaborate with the DVG Mainland Europe team to formulate the market expansion strategy and oversee the onboarding and activation management of distributors and importers.
  • Remain informed about market dynamics and consumer preferences to tailor the brand proposition effectively to meet customer and market demands.
  • Build robust relationships with customer marketing teams and execute targeted activations aimed at supporting brand growth in Mainland Europe.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of marketing initiatives that enhance customer activations in the region.
  • Identify and cultivate brand-building marketing opportunities in alignment with market expansion strategies.
  • Oversee marketing materials, creating both digital and print content for events in accordance with brand standards.
  • Coordinate trade exhibitions and events, as well as prepare for customer meetings at the Global Technology & Innovation Centre and client headquarters.
  • Gather market insights and beverage concepts to deepen understanding of new markets.
  • Assess trade activation marketing initiatives to improve effectiveness and return on investment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business Development, or a related discipline.
  • Proven track record in driving market growth within a multi-market Trade Activation Marketing capacity.
  • Previous experience in Trade Activation Marketing with an emphasis on customer engagement.
  • Familiarity with managing creative and activation agencies.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Proficiency in multiple European languages is a plus.
  • Experience in managing Importer and Distribution partnerships is advantageous.
  • A background in the B2B or food ingredient sector is beneficial.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively.
  • Ability to quickly understand new concepts, markets, and technologies.
  • A collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for working within cross-functional teams.
  • Project management capabilities with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
  • Expertise in both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • A passion for fostering business relationships and building trustworthy partnerships.

Travel across Europe will be necessary for this position. This role is home office based.
