Vi søger dig der vil bidrage til vores fortsatte udvikling, innovation og vækst indenfor produktion og udvikling af transport- og løfteudstyr til vindmøllebranchen. Du skal arbejde i vores Field Operation, som vi er i gang med at udvide.

Har du arbejdet med onshore og/eller offshore projekter tidligere, måske endda selv rejst ud på sites og har en teknisk forståelse, så er jobbet her lige noget for dig.

Om jobbet

Som Field Operation Coordinator vil du være med til at sikre, at serviceopgaver planlægges og udføres effektivt, samt at vores kunder modtager den bedst mulige service. Du vil sidde på hovedkontoret i Aalborg, sammen med vores Field Operations Manager.

Dine primære opgaver:

- Planlægning og koordinering af ressourcer
- Opdatering og vedligeholdelse af data i systemer (både internt og eksternt)
- Opfølgning med interne stakeholders og nogle gange eksterne
- Sørge for grundlaget til fakturering til kunder
- Håndtering af kundeforespørgsler og evt. -klager

Din uddannelse er ikke så relevant, som den erfaring du har med.

- Flydende engelsk
- Har ordenssans, overblik og kan følge op på mange aktiviteter i en travl hverdag
- Nogle rejsedage om året skal forventes
- Et plus vil være, hvis du kan tegne i CAD (ikke et krav)
