Som Sales Director skal du:

- Udvikle en salgsstrategi: Du spiller en nøglerolle i udviklingen af en effektiv og dynamisk salgsstrategi, der matcher vores strategiske retning, markedsforholdene og konkurrencesituationen
- Lede vores salgsteam: Du skal lede og inspirere fem rådgivende sælgere, så økonomiske resultater går hånd i hånd med samarbejde og personlig og faglig vækst – samt rekruttere strategisk i takt med udviklingen
- Drive selvstændig salgsaktivitet: Du skal drive din egen salgsportefølje og bl.a. identificere nye kundesegmenter, udvikle strategier rettet mod segmenterne og forhandle større aftaler
- Opdyrke nye kunderelationer: Du skal udforske og opbygge nye kunderelationer, ikke mindst i Københavnsområdet, og samtidig kunne pleje og vedligeholde et solidt netværk inden for branchen.
