Job Description
We are in search of an experienced and dynamic Sales Director. This role entails managing key client relationships and leading a high-performing sales & service team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and proactively delivering tailored solutions. Your duties will also include driving sales activities, achieving targets for renewable energy products and services, and identifying new business opportunities. Effective communication of technical aspects to clients is paramount, requiring technical expertise in renewable energy technologies, particularly photovoltaic components. You will also play a key role in negotiating and closing sales agreements and contracts.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, engineering, or related fields, with a master's degree considered advantageous. A minimum of 3-5 years of solid experience within sales/key account/project management is required, demonstrating a proven track record in team leadership. Strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively are critical. Leadership skills are essential, with the capability to inspire and motivate a sales team towards common goals. Additionally, candidates should be willing to travel nationally and internationally, depending on client requirements.
