You will join as our Global Talent Management Lead, Tools & Processes, within the Talent Management and Executive Development team. In this position, you will be the Global Process Owner for the performance management, succession planning and critical roles processes. You will play a key role in shaping and deploying our global talent strategy, to create an engaging and inspiring environment for our colleagues, enabling the further growth of Danfoss.

Job Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Plan and lead the global processes (performance management, succession planning and critical roles processes). Drive implementation with our stakeholders in the HR community and with leaders in the business.

- Support our strategic succession planning initiatives, enabling strong talent pipelines for critical roles.

- Be our Success Factors go-to person as it relates to talent management. Work with our HR IT colleagues in developing a great and usable platform for leaders.

- Perform data analysis and provide reporting, with our People Analytics team, to senior management.


What does the team look like?

The Global Talent department is a growing team with 4 areas of expertise, which are highly interconnected. They include Talent Management and Executive Development, Talent Acquisition (including Onboarding and Employer Branding), Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and People Development. We aim to create an inclusive workplace where every employee can thrive in a purpose-driven career.

You will report to Isabel Pumares, Global Head of Executive Development and Talent Management, and the overall Global Talent is led by our new Vice President of Global Talent, Mia Gren-Sorensen.

The team atmosphere is positive and dynamic, and we continually work to develop as a business relevant talent expertise center.

Background & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Talent Management, People Development, or as an HR Business Partner.

- Experience with stakeholder engagement, change management, project management.

- Good communication skills.

- Preferred experience with SAP Success Factors.

- Proven ability to lead initiatives in a global matrix organization.

- A strong desire to work in a highly collaborative team, and openness to have some fun together.

Location: Copenhagen or Nordborg are our preferred locations. We believe in collaboration in person, while we strive for a certain level of flexibility to organize work and office presence as it makes sense.
