PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The role of the CFO continues to expand as organizations strive to address the rapid geopolitical changes impacting our global economy. At SAP, we recognize the importance of the CFO in the overall transformation journey and thus require early engagement with account teams to position a Finance-led RISE / GROW transformation.

The oCFO ASE's primary responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business to existing and net new customers. The Account Executive brings a Point of View to the Customer engagement; uses all resources to solve customer problems with appropriate SAP portfolio of oCFO solutions.

What You'll Do:
You will be responsible for the SAP portfolio of oCFO solutions Software License Revenue for the region you support:

  1. Annual Revenue: Achieve / exceed quota targets.
  2. Sales Strategies: Align SAP solutions with the customer's strategic objectives.
  3. Trusted Advisor: Establish strong management and CFO relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements.
  4. Customer Acumen: Actively understand each customer's technology footprint and strategic growth plans.
  5. Territory and Account Leadership: Lead designated territory, including accounts and prospect profiling.
  6. Business Planning: Develop and deliver comprehensive business plans.

Demand Generation, Pipeline and Opportunity Management:

  1. Pipeline Planning: Maintain a rolling pipeline.
  2. Advance and Close Sales Opportunities: Execute the sales strategy and roadmap.
  3. Build and Share Best Practices: Sales and negotiation skills.
  4. Maintain White Space Analysis: Execute initiatives on customer base.
  5. Orchestrate Resources: Deploy appropriate teams for winning sales cycles.
  6. Understand SAP's Competition: Position solutions effectively.
  7. Maintain CRM System: Keep accurate customer and pipeline information.

What you bring:

  1. 5+ years of experience in sales of complex enterprise Software ideally with Finance, Treasury, GRC and Order to Cash SaaS solutions.
  2. Experience selling and aligning sales strategy with business model innovations.
  3. Track record of consistent over-achievement of quotas and revenue goals.
  4. Business acumen to communicate at the CFO, CTO, CIO, and other CxO levels.
  5. Understanding of Financial and Order to Cash processes and business value.
  6. Multi-industry sales experience.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  1. Proven track record in business application software sales.
  2. Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns.
  3. Exceptional contractual and negotiation skills.
  4. Business level English: Fluent.
  5. Bachelor equivalent: yes.
