Help patients with access to innovative treatment

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Lead to join our dynamic team in the Danish Pharmaceutical team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping our brand strategy within the hospital specialized customer group ultimately contributing to the success of our organization.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Responsible for implementing and building brand strategy in the country/cluster in accordance with respective regional strategy, adapting to the country specifics.
  2. Contributes to the country/cluster brand marketing, incl. P&I budgeting, forecasting for revenue and product supply by communicating country feedback towards the cluster.
  3. Develops and manages relationships with external stakeholders towards successful implementation of strategy. Whenever possible involves local HCPs in materials, campaigns and events development.
  4. Creates and develops promotional materials in accordance with legal/ medical/ regulatory requirements and the respective guidelines.
  5. Plans and executes marketing multichannel campaigns, sets KPIs and ensures regular learning cycles on campaign achievements.

WHO ARE YOU

  1. Strategic marketer with proven success in developing and executing effective brand strategies within Pharmaceutical environment, hospital landscape.
  2. Personality with customer engagement in focus, prioritizing customer needs and motivation. Keeping customer in the center of all your activities.
  3. Must be comfortable with agile working methods in a collaborative team environment that works at a fast pace and focuses on outcomes.
  4. University degree.
  5. At least 3 years' experience in marketing.
  6. Strong communication skills with ability to align organization on decisions internally and externally.
  7. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  8. Fluent in English and Danish languages.
