Vi söker en Customer Shopper Manager till vårt nordiska huvudkontor i Ørestad/Köpenhamn (5-10 min från Kastrup). Tjänsten är ett vikariat för en föräldraledighet och löper över 12 månader med möjlighet till fast anställning.
Shopper Marketing-teamet hos JDE fyller en central funktion i att utveckla kaffekategorin i Norden. Tillsammans med det nordiska ledarskapsteamet fastställer teamet den strategiska planen för marknaden, i nära samverkan med vårt säljteam och våra kunder.
En Customer Shopper Manager hos JDE arbetar för tillväxt i kaffekategorin såväl internt som externt tillsammans med våra kunder. En del av rollen innebär analys och aktiviteter kopplat till klassiskt category management arbete. En lika stor del handlar om att bygga starka relationer med våra kunder. Mer specifikt, du kommer vara ansvarig för att driva kategoriutvecklingen tillsammans med 1-2 kunder inom svensk dagligvaruhandel. Detta arbete utgår från en gemensam plan samt regelbundna möten.
- Översätta övergripande kategoriplaner till kundspecifika planer och strategier. Implementera dessa i samarbete dina kunder.
- Generera och analysera marknads- och shopperinsikter som vägleder JDE och dina kunder till rätt beslut för att säkra kategorins tillväxt.
- Analys och rådgivning relaterat till sortiment
- Analys och rådgivning relaterat till kampanjer
- Ansvar och rådgivning relaterat till hylla och display
- Ansvar för att anpassa lanseringsstrategi till kundspecifik strategi samt ansvar för presentation till dina kunder ("nyhetspresentation")
- Medansvar för lanseringar av NPDer och re-lanseringar
- Driva och genomföra kategoriprojekt hos dina kunder, enligt plan/budget.
- Ansvar för kommunikation från Shopper Marketing till dina kunder
- Rådgivning till fältsäljare (distribution, planogram, m.m.) genom bl.a. aktivt deltagande på säljkonferenser
- Flytande i ett skandinaviskt språk och engelska
- Goda kunskaper inom MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Analytisk och strategisk
- Förmåga att strukturera och prioritera
- Initiativförmåga och lösningsorienterad
- Mycket god kommunikations- och presentationsförmåga
