Channel Sales Director

Job Description:
As a Channel Sales Director at Philips Danmark A/S, you will be responsible for driving the zone shopper fundamentals in distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising. This involves translating the local marketing strategy into a shopper strategy, embedding and executing targets for distribution, promotion, in-store, and online excellence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Operate above the firewall and be accountable for coordinating and managing promo guidelines per category and retail channel that drive Philips performance across the zone (managing IGM and Sell-Out targets).
- Use tooling/data/insights and external reality to assess promotional effectiveness and feed learnings back into promo calendars.
- Drive Philips in-store visibility and deliver superior presence.
Requirements:
- Degree in marketing/business management (preferred).
- Previous experience in sales, consumer, or shopper marketing.
- Excellent command of written & spoken English.
- Understanding of Vistex/FIORI, Qliksense, ISE & OLE tooling.
