Vi søger lige nu en super kreativ, struktureret og motiveret projektleder til et barselsvikariat i stillingen som Brand & Campaign Manager.
RollenSom Brand & Campaign Manager bliver du en central del af marketingenheden på vores kontor i København. Her får du muligheden for at spille en vigtig rolle i markedsføringen af Viaplays lokalt producerede indhold, f.eks. Paradise Hotel, Robinson Ekspeditionen og Masterchef, men også velkendte serier og film fra internationale studier samt vores premium sportsrettigheder.
Viaplay Groups Marketing- og Kommunikationsafdeling er ansvarlig for at kommunikere og promovere Viaplays indhold på tværs af forskellige platforme. Vores vigtigste KPI'er er at drive lineære ratings, sikre startede streams samt trække nye Viaplay-abonnenter ind, og det gør vi ved at opbygge opmærksomhed og engagement omkring Viaplays fantastiske indholdsudbud.
I rollen som Brand & Campaign Manager hos Viaplay vil du arbejde med marketing- og brandkampagner. Du vil sidde i en operativ rolle, hvor du vil være ansvarlig for at planlægge, udvikle og eksekvere gennem hele kampagnecyklussen; lige fra produktion af kampagnebillede, promoer, kontinuerlig optimering af kampagner samt evaluering – kort sagt: Du vil være den, der skal sikre at få de kreative processer i hus fra A til Z. Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med både PR,- og SoMe-kollegaer i marketingenheden, men også med de dygtige folk i Viaplays sportsenhed samt vores kreative bureau i London. Du vil derudover have kontakt med eksterne partnere som vores mediebureau og forskellige produktionsselskaber, der står for produktion af det indhold, vi viser på Viaplay.
Arbejdsopgaver:
- Du vil skulle planlægge og gennemføre markedsføringskampagner i egne, betalte og fortjente mediekanaler baseret på Viaplays prioriteter og strategi for Danmark
- Du bliver ansvarlig for overordnede kreative kampagnekoncepter: idé, briefing, implementering, eksekvering og evaluering
- Du bliver ansvarlig for at producere kampagnebilleder til Viaplays egenproducerede produktioner i tæt samarbejde med Executive Producer/indholdsafdelingen. Herunder ansvarlig for at sikre koordinering med deltagere og værter ifm. fotoshoot samt sikre at disse afholdes, så vi kan nå deadlines
- Du bliver ansvarlig for at briefe mediebureau og udarbejde medieplaner i henhold til den overordnede strategi for upper-funnel-kampagner
- Du vil producere alt markedsføringsmateriale på projekter i samarbejde med eksterne produktionsselskaber og vores interne kreative afdeling, samt selv finde på nye og anderledes kreative medieaktiveringer, som ikke er set før
- Du vil eje brand-guidelines og sikre overholdelse og konsistens på tværs af alle kanaler
- Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med Inventory Manager, Sociale Medier og PR Project Managers på tværs af projekter
- Du vil være ansvarlig for produktion af præsentationer og rapporter relateret til de projekter, du er ansvarlig for
- Hjælpe PR med at planlægge og afvikle events, pressedage ol. og sikre sammenhæng til det overordnede kreative kampagnekoncept
Du er en struktureret, udadvendt og kreativ stjerne med naturlig visuel sans. Du er kommerciel og strategisk anlagt, og du er ikke bange for at foreslå nye – og forbedrede – måder at gøre tingene på. Du har styr på dine projekter, deadlines, og er en multitasker af dimensioner.Du tager initiativ; er en social holdspiller og komfortabel med at opbygge relationer – både internt og eksternt.
Og så er det et ekstra plus, hvis du kan se dig selv i værdierne SMART, MODIG, ENGAGERET og NYSGERRIG.
Vi leder efter dig, som har:
- En relevant uddannelse inden for marketing, kommunikation eller projektledelse
- 3-5 års erhvervserfaring inden for markedsføring, enten fra annoncørsiden eller bureau
- Kreativ erfaring med video, billeder og tekstproduktion
- Operativ erfaring med styring af projekter og produktioner
- Forståelse for mediemarkedet og kreative medieeksekveringer
- En genuin interesse for reality, film, serier og gerne sport
- Flydende i dansk og engelsk
Erfaring fra eller kendskab til TV-/streamingmarkedet samt erfaring med medieindkøb via mediebureau er en fordel, men ikke et krav.
