Om stillingen

Som en del af Reforms Customer Success Team får du en vigtig rolle i at sikre, at vores kunder - både i Danmark og internationalt - får den bedste oplevelse, fra de første spørgsmål til den færdige montering.

Du vil være bindeled mellem vores kunder og leverandører, håndtere logistik og leveringer samt rådgive kunder om montering og installation af vores produkter. Kort sagt bliver du en nøglespiller i at sikre, at vores kunders drømmeprojekter bliver til virkelighed

Dine primære opgaver:

Kommunikation med kunder - skriftligt og mundtligt, både på dansk og engelsk (tysk er en fordel)

Håndtering af kundehenvendelser og reklamationer - via telefon og e-mail

Koordinering af leveringer - samarbejde med fragtfirmaer og kunder

Rådgivning om montage og installation af vores designkøkkener

Sikre smidig planlægning og administration af produktionsplaner og ordrer

Vi forestiller os, at du:

- Har erfaring med kundeservice og administration, gerne fra køkken-, design- eller snedkerbranchen

- Taler og skriver flydende dansk og engelsk - tysk er en stor fordel

- Er struktureret og detaljeorienteret, men samtidig kan tænke kreativt og løsningsorienteret

- Trives i en rolle, hvor du har mange bolde i luften og evner at skabe overblik
