Som Customer Success Manager i enheden Business Support vil du spille en central rolle i at opretholde og styrke vores kunderelationer. Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med kunderne for at forstå deres behov og sikre, at vores sundhedsordninger opfylder deres forventninger. Du vil proaktivt identificere og løse eventuelle problemer, der påvirker de kontraktlige forhold, samt have ansvar for generel kontakt og kundevedligehold.

Ansvarsområder
- Bygge og vedligeholde stærke relationer med kunderne
- Forstå kundernes behov og sikre, at vores sundhedsordninger opfylder disse behov
- Proaktivt identificere og løse eventuelle problemer, der påvirker de kontraktlige forhold
- Vedligeholde generel kontakt og relationer med kunderne for at sikre deres løbende tilfredshed
- Arbejde tæt sammen på tværs af flere teams for at sikre en sammenhængende kundeadministration
- Håndtere rapportering og faktureringsberegninger for kunderne
- Indsamle og analysere kundefeedback for at identificere muligheder for forbedring
Om dig
- BSc eller MSc i Business Administration, Service Management, Kommunikation eller lignende
- Fremragende kommunikations- og interpersonelle færdigheder
- Kundeorienteret med en passion for at levere enestående service
- Stærke problemløsnings- og analytiske evner
- Evne til at arbejde selvstændigt og som en del af et team
- Erfaring med CRM-systemer og kundeserviceværktøjer er en fordel

Vores afdeling for Customer Success arbejder tæt sammen med data-, salgs-, drifts- og IT-teams omkring rapportering, kontraktstyring og kundepleje. Vi er kundernes primære kontaktpunkt og spiller en afgørende rolle i at sikre deres langsigtede tilfredshed og succes.
