Hvem er vi?
Adversus er en alt-i-en call center platform, der bidrager til at optimere, automatisere og effektivt styre alle vores kunders udgående og indgående aktiviteter. Platformen er en cloud-baseret Software as a Service (SaaS), hvor vi løbende udvikler og optimerer ud fra vores brugeres behov og feedback.
Siden 2016 har vi stræbt efter at være markedsleder inden for et konkurrencepræget felt, der kræver høj tilgængelighed og høj oppetid. Vi har oplevet eksponentiel vækst de seneste år, både i efterspørgslen på selve produktet, men også virksomheden. I dag har vi 29 medarbejdere, hvoraf 17 er placeret på vores hovedkontor i Aarhus.
Vi leverer vores softwareløsning til kunder i Danmark såvel som til virksomheder over hele verden. I dag er vores ambition at ekspandere yderligere i Europa, og vores nye Account Executives rolle drejer sig primært om dette marked.
Din rolle i Adversus
Som Account Executive i Adversus vil du bidrage til vores fortsatte vækst. I de første tolv måneder vil dine ansvarsområder være Business Development Representative-lignende, herunder kold outreach, kvalificering af leads, booking af salgsaftaler og start af den indledende kontakt med kunder. Du får markant indflydelse på, hvilke kundesegmenter og leads du opsøger. Derudover vil du også deltage i salgsmøder afholdt af andre Account Executives.
Du vil være ansvarlig for den tidlige fase af salgsprocessen med den indledende kontakt, produktinformation, pleje af leads og booking af salgsaftaler. Dette er en vital del af salgsprocessen, da du sikrer, at dit team har relevante kundeemner at arbejde med, hvilket øger muligheden for at lukke salget.
Adversus er en virksomhed, hvor tingene går stærkt, og nye ideer og tiltag er en del af det daglige arbejde. Derfor er det vigtigt, at du har en nysgerrig tilgang til dit arbejde og ikke er bange for at tage ansvar.
Dine primære opgaver er
- Kold outreach
- Indledende kontakt til leads der ønsker en demo
- Håndtering af leads i gratis prøveperiode
- Håndtering af forespørgsler på salgschatten
- LinkedIn outreach
Efter de første tolv måneder forventer vi, at du har tilegnet dig de nødvendige færdigheder og produktkendskab til at gå fra en Business Development Representative-rolle til en Account Executive-rolle. Som Account Executive vil du være ansvarlig for din egen kundeportefølje og ringe ned på den kolde outreach.

- Snakker og skriver dansk og engelsk på højt niveau
