Din rolle hos os

Som After Sales Manager bliver du ansvarlig for at sikre, at vores kunder får en professionel og kompetent behandling – også når noget ikke går helt som planlagt. Du bliver en vigtig del af den tekniske afdeling og refererer direkte til vores tekniske chef. Din hverdag bliver alsidig og selvstændig, med stor kontaktflade både internt og eksternt.

Dine arbejdsopgaver

Dine opgaver vil være alsidige og spænde bredt – fra teknisk kundedialog og reklamationshåndtering til udvikling af materiale og processer, der gør det lettere for kunder og samarbejdspartnere at få de rigtige løsninger. Du kommer til at arbejde tæt sammen med både interne og eksterne sælgere samt produktionen, og du bliver medansvarlig for at sikre en effektiv og kundevenlig proces.

Dine arbejdsopgaver vil primært bestå af:

- Håndtere reklamationer og tekniske forespørgsler i både Danmark og Tyskland – primært via telefon og mail
- Foretage byggepladsbesøg i forbindelse med inspektioner
- Optimering af kunderejsen i tæt samarbejde med vores interne og eksterne salgsafdellinger
- Udarbejde og vedligeholde teknisk dokumentation og vejledninger
- Sikre systematisk registrering og opfølgning på reklamationer
- Indgå i dialog med juridisk rådgiver ved komplekse sager

Hvem er du?

Du har formentlig en baggrund i byggebranchen – måske som byggeleder, bygningskonstruktør, byggesagkyndig eller erfaren murer med teknisk indsigt. Det vigtigste er, at du har solid erfaring med reklamationer og kundeservice – og kan kommunikere teknisk stof på en let forståelig måde,

Derudover forestiller vi os, at du:

- Har erfaring fra byggebranchen og gerne med reklamationshåndtering
- Er struktureret, løsningsorienteret og arbejder selvstændigt
- Trives med at finde kompromiser og skabe god dialog – også i pressede situationer
- Har gode kommunikationsevner på dansk, engelsk og gerne tysk
- Er fortrolig med IT og har flair for Office-pakken

Det er vigtigt for os, at du udviser faglig stolthed i dit arbejde og aktivt hjælper med at vejlede og uddanne bygherre for at nedbringe antallet af reklamationer.
