REstepIT-teamet har ansvaret for køb og håndtering af virksomheders brugte IT-udstyr med henblik på, at tilbyde det til nye brugere efter det er blevet dataslettet og opgraderet.
Hvad gør REstepIT:
• Køber virksomheders brugte enheder til markedspris
• Datasletter ved hjælp af anerkendte processer
• Renoverer dem til videresalg
• Genbruger materialer til produktionen af nye enheder
Virksomhedernes fordele:

Formål med stillingen
Vi søger en dynamisk og engageret Inside Sales Specialist, der kan kombinere stærke administrative evner med en proaktiv salgsindsats overfor eksisterende kunder. Rollen er central for vores fremadrettede vækst og fungerer, som et vigtigt bindeled mellem vores kunder, partnere, account managers- og resten af organisationen. Du vil ikke kun understøtte vores account managers med administrative opgaver, men også aktivt bidrage til salget ved at pleje og udbygge relationer med eksisterende kunder og partnere for at skabe mersalg.
Dine hovedansvarsområder
Sales Support og Administration
• Understøtte account managers med udarbejdelse af tilbud, præsentationer og salgsdokumenter
• Opdatere og vedligeholde CRM-systemet for at sikre præcise data og overblik over kundedialoger
• Tage ansvar for koordination og opfølgning på kundesager, herunder håndtering af kundeforespørgsler og sikre rettidig respons
Opsøgende salg og relationer
• Pleje og udvikle eksisterende kunderelationer med fokus på mersalg og kundetilfredshed
• Drive opsøgende salgsaktiviteter, booke møder og identificere muligheder for mersalg hos eksisterende kunder
• Udarbejde og præsentere skræddersyede løsninger, der imødekommer kundernes behov
Dine kvalifikationer
Erfaring og uddannelse
• 1-3 års erfaring med B2B-salg, salgssupport eller lignende rolle, hvor kundekontakt har været i fokus
• Erfaring med CRM-systemer og stærk forståelse for salgsprocesser
• Uddannelse inden for business, salg eller marketing er en fordel, men ikke et krav
Kompetencer
• Udadvendt, løsningsorienteret og motiveret af at skabe resultater
• Struktureret og detaljeorienteret med evnen til at jonglere flere opgaver samtidig
• Proaktiv og selvdreven med en samarbejdsvillig indstilling
