Core Responsibilities- Lead the consolidation and integration of financial estimates into the corporate planning system, ensuring validation and the development of clear, compelling storylines.
- Coordinate the consolidation and analysis of monthly performance management reports, including reporting of key performance indicators.
- Champion the digital agenda within the team, driving relevant integrations into Power BI and enhancing data-driven decision-making.
- Foster continuous improvement by finding opportunities to optimize processes and enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and support Finance Business Partners in delivering high-quality, standard deliverables.
You will play a central role in a highly motivated finance team that partners with business executives to turn our corporate strategy into action, enabling product and marketing innovation. You will join our Global CFO community and become a part of ongoing CFO projects.
Do you have what it takes?
Master's degree in finance, business administration or similar combined with:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A or Business Finance, preferably within a FMCG multinational organization.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing Power BI solutions for finance functions.
