Job Overview:
The role of the Global Commercial Director for Unilabs Serving Pharma division entails leading the commercial strategies and their implementation, aimed at growth and increasing market presence through cutting-edge sales and marketing tactics. This individual will nurture key stakeholder relationships, explore new business prospects, and ensure exemplary services are provided to customers.

Principal Duties:

  1. Craft and enact a thorough commercial plan and pipeline for Pharma Solutions.
  2. Guide and support a sales team to surpass sales goals.
  3. Work with Site Operational Heads and marketing teams to introduce Unilabs services into the marketplace.
  4. Sustain principal client relations and negotiate agreements to enhance profit margins.
  5. Monitor market trends and rival operations to uncover fresh opportunities for business.
  6. Uphold adherence to industry regulations and organizational guidelines.

Requirements:

Key Accounts Management mandatory

Proven ability in sales or Business Development to CROs, Biotechs, and Pharmaceuticals.

Know-how in the sale of scientific services, including:

  • Clinical trial management: protocol development, site selection, participant recruitment, legal authorisations, training, biomarker strategy, biostatistics.
  • Data Science: involving biometrics, biostatistics, and patient profiling.
  • Regulatory Affairs: with focus on data handling, filings, and procedural oversight.
  • Market Access: showcasing value, launch order planning, advocacy, and more.
  • Clinical Biomarkers: assay development and validation linked to trial results such as PK, ADA testing, immunogenicity checks, ELISA, etc.
  • General lab services: Including standard procedures in IVD lab, genetics, pathology, among others.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar; Master's preferred.

Extensive experience in an advanced commercial capacity within the pharma sector.

In-depth insight into the international pharma industry and its regulatory context.

Proven expertise in steering and motivating a top-tier team.

Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation talents.
