We are looking for a Head of Commercial to help us take Limepack to the next level, from Startup to Scaleup. Limepack is a fast-growing international company with sales in 14 countries and 35 colleagues. We are doubling down our efforts and are looking for a great leader and strategist to join the management team and help shape our future. You would have full responsibility for our commercial P&L and the resources to impact them, including our Marketing team and Country Manager team and 5M DKK/yearly ad spend.

  • You have a great overview of things which makes you good at planning. You are naturally good at prioritizing once you have the full picture. And you love when things move forward as intended.

And you have the experience to back it up:
  • You have previously individually succeeded on a high level within one or more relevant marketing disciplines (Account Based marketing, PPC, SEO, Meta, E-mail).
  • You have had a couple of years of owning a broader marketing/commercial role OR you have been a strong no.2 and know what it takes.
  • You have been responsible for and successfully hit important P/L targets.
Outcomes - what you will achieve with us:
  • Grow revenue from 45 million DKK to 90 million by end of year 3.
  • Reprioritize user journey and marketing spend from lower value customers to higher value customers by end of 2025.
  • Create, implement and operationalize a systematic email cross-sell strategy within 180 days.
  • Design and succeed with a new Go To Market strategy focused on our 10x value customers, ready for scaling EOY 2025.
Your area of responsibilities:
  • Overall responsible for our commercial strategy, implementation and commercial P&L.
  • Leading and developing a high-performing marketing team of 6 direct reports (PPC, Ecom & UX, Video, SEO, Email).
  • Leading strategy and focus for a team of 8 Country Managers + 1 team lead.
  • Responsible for the marketing budget and effective allocation of resources. (Now, 5 mil DKK/Year, primarily PPC, Meta share is growing, SEO is growing.)
  • Analyzing and evaluating marketing, sales & customer performance data to ensure insight and oversight for effective allocation of budget and resources.
  • Responsible for brand strategy, communication and content marketing.
  • Provide strong and backed commercial insights in the management meetings for overall strategy development.
