Vi søger to kolleger til regnskabsmæssige opgaver for vores forretningsenhed Bolind, der servicerer boligsektoren i Danmark. Du bliver en del af et stærkt team på over 20 engagerede medarbejdere i økonomiafdelingen.

Som Accounting Assistant for vores forretningsenhed Bolind får du en bred vifte af regnskabsmæssige opgaver, herunder:

  • Håndtering og registrering af fakturaer gennem Document Capture's fakturaflow
    • Ansvar for at sikre korrekt behandling af vare- og omkostningsfakturaer.
  • Ugentlige betalinger af fakturaer til kreditorer
  • Månedlige afstemninger af kreditorer
  • Oprettelse af nye kreditorer samt løbende rettelser.
  • Fakturering og bogføring af salgsordrer
  • Daglige bogføring af indbetalinger fra kunder
  • Opfølgning på tilgodehavender – herunder rykkerprocedure.
  • Tæt samarbejde med og økonomisk sparringspartner med salgsafdelingen.
  • Håndtering af daglige ad-hoc opgaver fra både interne og eksterne parter.
    • Diverse kundesupport via telefon og e-mail.
    • Udstedelse af kreditnotaer samt fakturering af nye salgsordrer.
  • Afsendelse af månedlige kontoudtog

Udover et klassisk debitor- og kreditorbogholderi vil der være løbende fakturering af specialaftaler herunder vaskerier, håndtering af montageordre, bankafstemninger samt diverse afstemninger/opgaver i forbindelse med måneds- og årsafslutning.

Vi søger strukturerede og detaljeorienterede økonomiprofiler, som trives med at have mange bolde i luften. Det er vigtigt, at du er omstillingsparat og har evnen til hurtigt at skifte mellem forskellige opgaver, når behovet opstår. Opgaverne spænder bredt, så nøglen til succes er en bred regnskabsforståelse samt evnen til at skabe strukturerede processer.

Du foretrækker en afvekslende hverdag med en bred kontaktflade og er ikke bleg for at tage ansvar og håndtere uforudsete udfordringer.

Vi håber også, at du:

  • har erfaring med MS Office (Excel), Navision (Gerne NAV2016) og/eller Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • taler og skriver engelsk
