About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Your primary objective will be to support the development of customer accounts in the Spanish market, identify new business opportunities, and establish strong relationships with potential customers.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a strong drive to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist, close, and develop customer accounts in the Spanish market
  • Identify and contact potential customers or partners to organize client meetings
  • Operate as an entrusted advisor and frontline ambassador towards our potential customers
  • Assist Account Executives with sales and other projects
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system, HubSpot
Qualifications and Expectations
  • Native proficiency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English
  • Able to work 40 hours/week at the Madrid office
  • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required
  • You are responsible, positive, and take ownership of your tasks
  • A self-starter who is dedicated and not afraid of making mistakes and learning from them
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
