What You Will Do:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a CSM, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers, primarily online. This includes training new and existing customers in the use of Plecto's features, identifying customer goals, and consulting with customers to create a winning setup. You will also be responsible for spotting potential customer challenges and creating plans for resolutions. Additionally, you will upgrade and expand existing customers, ensuring high customer retention and low churn. You will handle first-line support by responding to incoming customer requests through various communication platforms. Troubleshooting Plecto's features and related integrations during meetings and other communication platforms is also a key part of this role. Furthermore, you will coordinate with internal teams to assist in issues resolution and account development. Lastly, you will update customer-related information in our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Onboard new customers and train them in the use of Plecto's features
* Identify customer goals and consult with customers to create a winning setup

About You:
We are looking for a candidate with a customer-centric attitude, strong empathy, and a proactive approach to work. You should have experience from a similar role in customer service or sales/commercial roles, as well as a flair for IT and a drive to learn new systems. Experience with Excel and different CRM systems is also beneficial. You should be highly responsible and structured in your approach to tasks and customer communication, with excellent communication skills to communicate complex information in a simple and engaging manner. Fluency in English is required, and fluency in Danish or additional languages is a plus.
