You will be working cross-organizational with stakeholders within every part of our company. This position is an opportunity to shape our development solutions within trading and to work with some of the most skilled people in the industry.

About the position

In this role, you will be part of our Business Development team, but you will be dedicated to developing our Intraday Trading business in the European and global markets.

Your responsibility is to serve as a strategy partner for the Intraday Trading Director and the Intraday leadership team and furthermore, develop, coordinate, and implement strategies and business opportunities.

Your tasks will include:

  • Providing strategic and tactical solutions and participating in designing future business opportunities for our intraday trading
  • Strategic partnering for the Intraday Trading Director and the Intraday leadership team
  • Drive the strategy process including facilitating, managing, and ensuring progress on the objectives and deliverables of the team
  • Lead business development initiatives for new markets, products, and business optimization
  • Project management and implementation of strategic initiatives and business solutions
  • Stakeholder management and communication to internal and external stakeholders.
Your background

Preferably you have 1-3 years of experience in a similar position, as a strategy consultant or a strategic developer. You are ambitious and eager to develop your skills in strategic partnering and business development.

Furthermore, to succeed in this position, it is an advantage if you have the following qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in economics, finance, legal, engineering, or similar.
  • Commercial flair and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, including presentation, documentation, and visualization
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
