Vi søger en Field Sales Manager med energi, initiativ og empati til at lede vores team af salgskonsulenter i Danish Crown Professional.

Få ansvaret for et erfarent salgsteam
Som vores nye Field Sales Manager kommer du til at være ansvarlig for et team af 11 erfarne foodservice-konsulenter. Du vil udvikle og implementere salgsstrategier, der sikrer vækst på tværs af salgskanaler som kantiner, Syge & Pleje, FastFood, HoReCa og konferencecentre. Din hverdag bliver derfor fyldt med spændende opgaver og muligheden for at gøre en forskel.

Dine ansvarsområder:

  • Ledelse og coaching: Lede og motivere et team bestående 11 salgskonsulenter, hvor du gennem sparring og udvikling af teamet har fokus på at optimere Danish Crowns position og vedkommenhed hos slutbrugerne.
  • Strategisk planlægning: Udvikle, planlægge og implementere salgsstrategier og- aktiviteter, der understøtter vores fælles fastsatte KPI'er.
  • Salgsopfølgning : Opfølgning på salgsaktiviteter og resultater, herunder at evaluere salgsdata og identificere områder for forbedring og vækst.
  • Kunderelationer : Understøtte konsulenterne i at opbygge og vedligeholde gode relationer med nøglekunder, herunder deltage i kundemøder og større præsentationer efter behov.
  • Samarbejde på tværs : Arbejde tæt sammen med Key Account Management (KAM)-gruppen og andre relevante afdelinger for at sikre en helhedsorienteret og koordineret salgsindsats.
  • CRM-system : Anvende og vedligeholde CRM-systemet for at sikre effektiv styring af kundedata og salgsaktiviteter.
  • Budgettering og rapportering : Ansvarlig for at oprette og håndtere salgsbudgetter samt udarbejde og præsentere rapporter om salgsresultater og markedstendenser til ledelsen.

Hvem håber vi at finde?
Vi forestiller os, at du har en akademisk uddannelse inden for fx salg, markedsføring eller ledelse. Du har mindst et års erfaring i en ledende salgsrolle, gerne inden for FMCG, da du kommer til at bruge meget af din tid på ledelsesrollen.

Som leder forstår du at inspirere og motivere dit team, samtidig med at du er beslutningsdygtig og medmenneskelig. Det er nemt for dig at uddelegere opgaver, og du værdsætter dine medarbejderes individuelle evner og behov, og at I sammen skaber de bedste resultater. Alt i alt vil vi opleve dig som en leder, der er entusiastisk omkring at skabe et godt, engageret og produktivt team.

Dine strategiske og analytiske evner er gode, så du kan udvikle og implementere effektive salgsstrategier på baggrund af de rette mål. Du behersker dansk og engelsk, og har erfaring med brug af CRM-systemer og Office pakken.
