Candidate ProfileWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional who can lead our specialties commercial activities with excellence and innovation.
ActivitiesYour role will involve:
- Strategic Planning: Assist in shaping and executing strategies to drive business growth and enhance client engagement in the Nordic region.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and sustain robust relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering enduring partnerships.
- Business Development: Serve as the main sales contact for clients, promoting our products and services. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our footprint in the Nordics.
- Market Analysis: Perform market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape, providing insights to inform business strategies.
- Sales Coordination: Work closely with the customer service team to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Contract Management: Manage contract negotiations and administration, ensuring favorable terms and adherence to company policies.
- Pricing and Marketing Campaigns: Create and execute pricing strategies and marketing campaigns to boost sales and market penetration.
- Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company ethics standards.
- Client Support: Act as the primary contact for clients regarding service delivery, performance, and issue resolution.
- Sales Excellence: Lead initiatives to improve sales performance, including training, process enhancements, and the adoption of best practices.
- Opportunity Identification: Continuously seek and evaluate new business opportunities to drive growth and innovation.
Professional
- Min. 5 years of experience within a similar position with proven experience in Business development and client relationship management.
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and marketing campaign development.
- Familiarity with compliance and quality assurance standards.
- Advanced skills in Excel.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other Scandinavian languages is a plus.
