L'opportunità in Superb:
Superb è alla ricerca di un Business Development Manager che si possa unire al nostro team Italiano. La figura ricercata è responsabile per la crescita e lo sviluppo della clientela in Emilia Romagna. Per raggiungere gli obiettivi è richiesto un approccio consulenziale alla vendita. Il Business Development Manager curerà tutti gli aspetti legati al ciclo di vendita, dall'individuazione del ristorante fino alla firma del contratto. La capacità di costruire relazioni durature nel tempo e lo spirito di iniziativa nel raggiungere gli obiettivi prefissati sono essenziali per avere successo nel ruolo.
Principali Attività:
- Gestire l'intero ciclo di vendita
- Rappresentare Superb nel territorio di riferimento
- Raggiungere e superare gli obiettivi mensili
- Relazionarsi con approccio consulenziale verso i clienti di riferimento e capirne le sfide
- Pianificare le attività di vendita e i relativi incontri
- Essere aggiornato di continuo sul prodotto e sullo scenario competitivo nel territorio
- Utilizzare e aggiornare il CRM per la gestione delle attività di vendita.
Requisiti:
- Almeno 1 anno di vendite sul territorio
- Esperienza nella gestione dell'intero ciclo di vendita, dalla chiamata alla firma del contratto
- Spirito imprenditoriale e orientamento al risultato
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Ottime capacità relazionali e di collaborazione all'interno del team
- Conoscenza del settore e passione per il mondo della ristorazione
- Network nel territorio di riferimento: Emilia Romagna
