About the role

As Head of Ecommerce at FINE CHAOS, you will be responsible for our overall digital sales. You will oversee optimizing and developing our e-commerce platform, driving traffic, increasing conversions, and creating a strong digital customer experience that reflects the brand's DNA.

Your primary responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strong e-commerce strategy that ensures growth and increases online sales.
• Optimize the webshop (UX/UI, CRO, performance) to ensure an engaging and seamless customer experience.
• Drive and analyze performance marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, paid social, and retargeting.
• Develop omnichannel strategies that connect the digital and physical customer experience.
• Data analysis and reporting on key KPIs to ensure continuous optimization and growth.
• Lead and collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders.

Who are you?

• You have several years of experience in e-commerce, preferably within the fashion industry or related fields.
• You have a strong understanding of digital marketing and performance-driven strategies.
• You have experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
• You are analytical, results-driven, and data-oriented.
• You have a creative understanding and can ensure that our digital expression stays true to the brand's identity.
• You work independently, proactively, and thrive in a dynamic company with a fast pace.
