The RoleWe're looking for an Outreach Specialist to join our commercial team – someone who thrives in the intersection of scanning for new opportunities and nurturing long-term relationships. You will be the first point of contact with potential clients, ensuring that our pipeline is filled with high-quality dialogues that align with Shape's expertise and values. This in combination with bringing our thought leadership concepts, such the biggest Scandinavian mobile study, to our potential new customers.
This is not about raw cold calling – it's about strategic outreach, insight-driven conversations, and opening doors to organizations where their mobile app is mission-critical to their business.
What You'll Do:
- Identify & engage with decision-makers at large organizations where mobile is a core part of their value proposition.
- Take initial meetings to understand business needs and assess potential fit with Shape's services.
- Collaborate with the commercial team and marketing to develop tailored approaches for different industries.
- Work across industries such as fintech, mobility, media, and e-commerce, connecting with stakeholders from C-level to product teams.
- Be a hybrid of a "hunter" and a "farmer" – driving new opportunities while nurturing relationships for long-term success.
- Refine outreach strategies to continuously improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Work with marketing to better improve the collaboration and the process of reaching out to new partners.
Who You Are:
- You have experience in B2B outreach, sales, or business development , preferably in the digital or mobile industry.
- You understand how digital products drive business value and can speak the language of product owners, CTOs, and digital decision-makers.
- You know how to identify and qualify opportunities , ensuring we invest time in the right conversations.
- You're a relationship builder – charismatic, empathetic, and able to build trust quickly.
- You have a natural curiosity for technology and a strong grasp of how mobile apps create impact .
- You're structured and self-driven , thriving in a fast-paced environment while keeping an eye on the long game.
- A native Danish speaker or have a high level of proficiency that allows you to use the language confidently in a professional setting, in addition to possessing a strong command of English.
