About the Role

As the Assortment & Range Planning Manager at LIEWOOD, your responsibilities include owning the strategic planning for main collections, capsules, and the NOOS program. You will make range plans and product compositions across categories and seasons, applying a data-driven approach to maintain a relevant and competitive product offering.

You will tailor assortments to segmented customer types, price points, and market conditions while supporting GTM strategies and exclusive product initiatives.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with design, buying, commercial, merchandising, and marketing teams, leveraging data and market insights to optimize the product mix and identify growth opportunities. You will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, maintaining a clear structure to manage multiple projects and providing senior leadership with decision-ready recommendations.

You will be working in our office in Copenhagen, located at Triangle Østerbro and report directly to Liewood’s Founder and CEO.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain assortment plans for collections, capsules, and the NOOS program.
  2. Ensure an always-relevant product mix across categories and seasons.
  3. Provide tailored assortment support for specific segments, markets, B2B customers, and D2C channels.
  4. Analyze historical data and identify market trends for future collection planning.
  5. Oversee price and margin planning.
  6. Contribute to the development and execution of GTM strategies and market positioning across categories.
  7. Manage SMU and exclusive product initiatives.
  8. Support market- and brand-relevant collection planning and structure.
  9. Manage the yearly collection cycle.
  10. Collaborate as part of the S&OP team to optimize planning and operations.
Your Profile

Data- and numbers-driven with strong analytical skills.

Exceptional product, brand, and market understanding.

Relevant market and industry experience and insights.

A natural business acumen paired with a commercial mindset.

Expertise in project and stakeholder management, being able to manage multiple projects while maintaining structure and process clarity.

A positive, ambitious nature with a ‘can-do’ attitude.

Skilled in delivering well-prepared presentations to support decision-making.

You have:
  1. At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably within the fashion, lifestyle, or children’s segment.
  2. Hands-on expertise in project management and/or project portfolio management, ideally within design-related fields.
  3. Proven track record of successful project and category management, combined with strong strategic management skills.
  4. Proficiency in both spoken and written English, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
