Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Junior IT Administrator who loves helping others and wants to kick start his/her career within IT support. As an expanding scale-up, we are busy growing our team and nurturing our culture. We need your help supporting new systems and people processes, enabling us to keep scaling sustainably.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide technical assistance and support to our 350+ employees worldwide by evaluating and resolving hardware/software problems (Through our ITSM, FreshService)
2. IT onboarding and offboarding of hardware and software through our MDM, Mosyle
3. Develop and improve support processes to streamline operations to fit our data-driven and automated People agenda
4. Vendor management, including procurement of hardware, IT tools and services as well as monitoring subscriptions

Qualifications

We value diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are mandatory, the ideal candidate should have:

1. A can-do attitude: You bring optimism and “I never tried that, but let me fix it”-energy
2. Experience working in an internal help desk or relevant customer service role
3. Proficiency in processes for MacOS and Google Workspace
4. A keen interest in IT and an urge to discover all the solutions we didn’t know we needed

IT is part of the bigger People & Culture consisting of about 20 team members in Copenhagen, London, Hamburg and New York.
