Rollen som Partner Sales Manager
Igennem de seneste 3 år har GlobalConnect med succes etableret fibernet til mere end 20.000 boliger i boligforeninger i Danmark - primært drevet gennem partnersalg.

GlobalConnect ønsker at styrke indsatsen over for boligforeninger i Danmark, da mange boligforeninger endnu ikke er kommet med på den stærkeste og mest fremtidssikre internetløsning.

Salgsindsatsen overfor boligforeninger varetages også fremover af Danmarks stærkeste specialiserede partnere.

I rollen som Partner Sales Manager får du ansvaret for fortsat udvikling af dette forretningsområde og varetage kontakten og yde salgssupport til disse partnere. Du vil i tillæg hertil skulle mødes med mange af Danmarks største forvaltere af lejeboliger og i fællesskab skabe muligheder for etablering af fibernet.

GlobalConnect tilbyder en attraktiv fibernetløsning til Boligforeninger, der med udgangspunkt i et åbent net og høje kvalitetsnormer for etablering og drift giver den enkelte beboer den mest optimale internetløsning.

Du bliver nøglepersonen i at udvikle og vedligeholde relationer med vores strategiske partnere inden for MDU-markedet og vil spille en central rolle i at drive salgsaktiviteter samt drive initiativer, der sikrer vores vækst og succes på markedet.

Her er nogle eksempler på nøgleansvar i løbet af en typisk dag:

  1. Opbygge og vedligeholde relationer med nøglepartnere inden for MDU-segmentet.
  2. Identificere og udvikle nye forretningsmuligheder og samarbejdsmuligheder.
  3. Implementere og overvåge salgsstrategier for at øge markedsandelen.
  4. Samarbejde med interne teams for at sikre en koordineret og effektiv indsats.
  5. Forberede og præsentere salgsrapporter og prognoser for ledelsen.
  6. Udvikle og drive strategiske partnerskaber med henblik på at drive salgsvækst inden for fibernetløsninger til boligforeninger gennem landets førende partnere.
  7. Udvikle salgsstrategier og fastsætte salgsmål for partnere inden for boligforeningssektoren.
  8. Yde løbende salgsstøtte til partnere, herunder kundemøder, produkttræning og salgsunderstøttelsesværktøjer.
  9. Samarbejde med marketingteamet om at skabe partnerfokuserede markedsføringsmaterialer.
  10. Drive relationen og rammeaftaler til nogle af landets største ejere og forvaltere af lejeboliger.

Vi forestiller os, at du

  1. Har erfaring med salg og partnerstyring, gerne inden for boligforenings- eller telekommunikationsbranchen.
  2. Er resultatorienteret med en dokumenteret track record for at nå og overstige salgsmål.
  3. Taler flydende dansk og engelsk, både skriftligt og mundtligt.
  4. Har stor erfaring inden for salg, forretningsudvikling og partnersamarbejde samt evt salg til store interesseorganisationer af fibernetløsninger.
  5. Har fremragende kommunikations- og præsentationsevner.
  6. Besidder stærke forhandlingsevner og evne til at opbygge relationer.
  7. Evner at arbejde i et målrettet miljø og har kendskab til CRM-software og Microsoft Office Suite.
