Dine opgaver vil bestå af besvarelse af kundehenvendelser på chat, telefon og mail. Her sikrer du en høj kundetilfredshed, og gør dig altid umage for at give hurtige og præcise svar, hvor vi også forudser næste spørgsmål, og kommer hele vejen rundt om kunden.
Din start i eesy kommer på et tidspunkt, hvor vi står over for en stor transformation med mange nye tiltag og ændringer i vores dagligdag, hvor vi har fokus på at forme fremtidens digitale teleselskab. Derfor har vi også brug for dig, som synes, at forandringer og nye tiltag lyder sjovt og spændende - fremfor skræmmende.
Du har:
- Erfaring med kundeservice og salg, hvor dit hjerte banker for den samlede kundeoplevelse
- En stærk evne til at opbygge kunderelationer, og sætte dig i andres sted
- Gode kommunikative evner på skrift og i tale
- Interesse og nysgerrighed i digitale værktøjer og muligheder
- Arbejdstiderne ligger i hverdagen mellem kl. 08 – 16 på vores kontor i København
