About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Representative to join our Technical Customer Support Team at Onomondo. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for handling complex customer issues and providing exceptional support to customers using our IoT technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide top-notch technical support to customers through various communication channels
  2. Investigate and resolve complex customer issues related to IoT connectivity
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvements
  4. Participate in creating and maintaining documentation for best practices
  5. Ensure timely follow-ups with customers and lead tickets to successful completion

Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of experience as a Support Representative with knowledge of support handling and escalation processes
  2. Familiarity with IoT, Telco, or SaaS environments
  3. Experience with device or firmware development and troubleshooting is a plus
  4. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Complementary Skills:

  1. Relevant certifications or experience with AWS and/or Azure Cloud services
  2. Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols
  3. Experience with tools like Wireshark, Grafana, and API testing tools
  4. Familiarity with Intercom or similar tools
